Fiss lies on Tirol’s sun terrace, high above the Inntal. The surrounding areas serve to block bad weather, affording Fiss, which is in the south, more than 2000 hours of sun annually. The opportunity to ski on its north side and the many snow cannons ensure good slope conditions throughout the season.
Fiss is an atmospheric Tirolean mountain town with an enjoyable balance between rural charm and tourism. Fiss is an ideal place for a straightforward after-ski evening in a century-old ‘Wirsthaus’ or a night out.
Ideal destination for families but also for an excellent aprés-ski!
It has everything, but nothing too much, and... you’ll never have to walk more than a few hundred metres. This is also true for the lifts and ski school.
Haus Schönjochl
The house meets the Châtel formula perfectly. It is a spacious, highly cosy and comfortable chalet, with 7 well-maintained bedrooms of which 5 have access to a balcony. On the ground floor you’ll find the pleasant house Stube
On the first floor you’ll find a 2-/3- person bedroom with private shower/toilet. On this floor there is also another 2-/3-person bedroom and a 2-person bedroom with sink, both of which use a large shared bathroom with bath tub and shower and a separate toilet. The second floor is identical to the first. On the third floor you’ll find a highly spacious 2-/4-person bedroom with private shower/toilet.
Do you want to book including dinner? This is possible when you book the entire chalet. Dinner will be served in the chalet itself.
