Apartments Schönjochl - Fiss

In addition to the cozy catered chalet Haus Schönjochl, we also rent out two comfortable apartments in the same building: one for 3 people and one for 4 people, both on a self-catering basis. Ideal for those who like to set their own pace, but still want to enjoy the warm atmosphere and prime location of Haus Schönjochl.

Fiss is located on the sun terrace of Tyrol, high above the Inn Valley. Thanks to the surrounding mountains, bad weather is often kept at bay and the village, with its southern location, enjoys more than 2,000 hours of sunshine per year. The possibility to ski on the north side and the extensive network of snow cannons ensure excellent slope conditions throughout the season.

Fiss has retained its authentic Tyrolean charm and offers a pleasant balance between rural tranquility and tourist liveliness. For a relaxing après-ski in a centuries-old Wirtshaus or a cozy night out, Fiss is the perfect place to be.

Apartment Schönjochl no. 1: 2-4 Persons

A 2-room apartment of approximately 80m2 for 2/4 persons, consisting of a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and a dining table with bench. One bedroom for 2 persons, and a living/bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washer with dryer.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Fiss, about 200 meters from the ski slope.

Apartment Schönjochl no. 2: 2-3 Persons

A 3-room apartment of approximately 60m2 for 3 people, consisting of a cozy, fully equipped kitchen/living room with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, breakfast bar with stools, and a corner with a sofa and TV. One bedroom for 2 people, one bedroom for 1 person, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Fiss, about 200 meters from the ski slope.

The arrangement prices listed alongside are prices per night for booking the apartment based on: 

• a stay on a self-catering basis (no meals included)
• including linen (towel change halfway through for stays of 5 nights or longer)
• excluding mandatory cleaning at €85,-
• the prices mentioned are excluding tourist tax, travel, ski pass, etc.
• the price mentioned applies to stays of 5 nights or longer. During school holidays, we only offer weekly stays with arrival/departure on Sunday (except for Christmas and New Year, when Saturday - Saturday is also possible)

High Season (HS):

• 19 Dec. to 4 Jan. 2026 & 2 Feb. to 1 Mar. 2026

Low Season (LS):

Short Ski Break

For a stay of 3 or 4 nights, a surcharge of 15% applies to the above prices. A short ski is only possible outside school holidays. For a Short Ski break, in most cases, arrival/departure is on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, or Monday.

Advance Booking Winter 2026-2027

If you are interested in a reservation for winter '26-'27, please inquire about the possibilities for making an advance booking. This way, you are guaranteed your favorite chalet even before the official prices are online and before we open our reservation system for new bookings!
