Zell am See itself is located directly on the beautiful Zeller See, surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Schmittenhöhe. Here you will find 77 kilometers of varied slopes, modern lifts, and breathtaking views over the lake. Both beginners and advanced skiers can fully enjoy wide descents, fun parks, and panoramic routes here.
Kaprun is located a bit further up the valley and, with the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, offers snow-sure skiing at well over 3,000 meters. Thanks to this combination of mountain and glacier, winter sports in Zell am See – Kaprun are guaranteed from autumn well into spring.
